Working on a mix of custom coding, Joomla and WordPress customizations, the work will be varied and challenging.

Personal Requirements:
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Team Player & Goal Driven
• Good PHP,MySQL,JavaScript(jQuery a bonus),CSS 3, HTML 5 skills
• Experience of customizing WordPress and Joomla sites
• Be reliable, do what you say you will do
• Be punctual, five minutes early is good

Home Based Requirements:

• Own Home Office (without noise from screaming kids or traffic in the background!)
• Reliable wired internet connection
• Reliable computer running at least Windows 7 (or equivalent MAC OS)

*** Headset and Video cam will be provided

Work Schedule:
• Monday-Friday full time
• We work flexi hours which means you can control when you work as long as minimum performance targets are met
• You will be required to be online for scheduled meetings and complete daily reports

Pay:
• $400 monthly basic
• Paid 1st and 16th
• Open ended performance related bonus
• Realistic income in excess of $1000
• Top performers can expect $2000+
