Podcast Producer

We’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs build a business that lights them up. As a business coach + integrator, I offer services, programs and courses that give entrepreneurs the marketing + mindset support needed to grow their businesses.

I’m looking for a contract, EXPERIENCED AUDIO EDITOR to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude and must be well-organized, highly detailed, and proactive.

You will be primarily responsible for editing PODCAST episodes once a week (may eventually become twice a week depending on your performance).

Roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Audio/Editing (Edit out verbal pauses and mistakes)
Add Intro and Outro, and Sponsored Messages if needed
Mixing and Mastering (Noise Reduction and Audio Cleaning)
Volume matching for even sounding playback
Equalize sound
Increase the overall quality of the audio
Make the podcast sound professional

We will budget up to 2 hours to edit a podcast episode. There will be 4-5 episodes per month which is equivalent to 8-10 hours of work per month. This may increase based on your performance.

Video editing experience is a plus, but if needed we will discuss hours required per project.
