JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a bilingual inside sales rep (phone closer) to play a key role on our ---------- experience required, we will train you. The ideal applicant is bilingual (Spanish and English) and has a knack for talking with potential customers, solving their problems and creating win/win situations. Responsibilities
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills with solution oriented focus
• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• You must be an active listener
• You must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
• You must have your own computer
• You must have high-speed internet access
• You must have a professional headset to call clients
• CRM experience is required.

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must love talking to leads and closing deals by phone
• Must be technology savvy and a quick learner

Compensation:
110, ---------- ,000PHP/month = 1 average commission sale a month. Your commissions are uncapped, but there is no hourly pay.
