Virtual Customer Service Assistant

We are a specialized leather backpack brand that specializes in selling leather backpacks to customers in United States. We make 6 figures a month in revenue and are looking to scale to 7 figures in 2020. We are a growing brand that is looking to take on an employee that is passionate about customer service. The job will entail performing the following tasks through the day:

1. Customer service (replying customer inquiries via email and Facebook page)

2. Dealing with suppliers and fulfilling orders in Shopify via Skype and Oberlo

3. Performing product research using guidance provided by our company

The assistant should have the following qualities:

1. Proficient in English
2. Fast typing skills
3. Must have access to a laptop and internet
4. Must have previous customer service experience including replying emails and customer inquiries
4. Experience with Shopify and Oberlo is an asset
