Real Estate Cold Caller

I am looking for a reliable individual that speaks fluent English and doesn't mind working from home when needed. I would ask that you call phone numbers associated with a list that I would provide to gage the motivation level of these homeowners. I then would want you to gather some basic information about them and their subject property. Then once qualified pass the lead on to me. I can explain in full detail when the time comes. At first I would only require less than 6hrs per day for a few days per week. Then depending on results we would bump up the pace to more of a full time operation, with increased pay.
