Website Designer Wanted for face-paced web development company.

We are a web development company and we are looking for a FULL TIME graphic /web designer to join our team. The candidate will be expected to create 1 or more website designs each day (5 - 7 a week) and create a xhtml/css translation of their work (on the 2nd/3rd day). We work in a fast paced office and we have a backlog of work so we need to get this cleared quickly.

Periodical cash bonuses on payment are available for the right candidate but fixed salary is set at 12,000php per month
