SEO Outreach Assistant

Do you have a knack for handling data? Do you get a buzz out of finding the most efficient way to process large amounts of information? Are you tired of dealing with boring sales accounts?
 
We’re looking for someone to process large quantities of data as part of our marketing efforts and keep our processes running efficiently and smoothly. You’ll be in charge of taking control and building up our raw marketing data and ensuring that it makes its way to the correct place as well as editing our outreach templates to make sure they apply to their leads.
 
You’ll need to be driven and be able to deal with a certain level of monotony as this role will involve a high level of repetition. You’ll also be given a great deal of input over how to deal with daily tasks and we’ll be expecting you to provide feedback on how we can continually improve our processes. This position will give you the chance to really become engaged in the wider processes of the business.
 
You’ll be given full training on how to use our various pieces of software, however, as a minimum we expect you to have a full understanding of Microsoft Excel and be IT proficient.
 
Required Experience
? An advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge
? Previous experience in dealing with large quantities of data
? Previous experience meeting weekly data entry quotas
 
Key Responsibilities
? Processing and entering large quantities of data in a timely manner
? Using Ahrefs, Excel, hunterio and Mailshake to build email lists and monitor email campaigns
? Daily update of top 3 accomplishments
? Reporting weekly numbers to a remote team
? Evolving and adapting best practices to ensure maximum efficiency

• Work hours Part time 4 hours a day Monday to Friday on a GMT mountain time schedule intersecting somewhere between 9-5pm so meetings can be had with the team. (Possible upgrade to fulltime later on)
