We are a BPO company looking for female virtual assistants who live in Iloilo City.
Here are the skill sets we are looking for:
- Internet Savvy – ability to navigate the internet, a stable internet connection.
- Writing – be able to communicate effectively via e-mail in English.
Directions – Ability to follow directions from video training and pay attention to detail.
- Problem Solver – Does not need constant assistance for basic tasks.
- Consistent – Meets deadlines and is a self-starter. Gets the job done.
Job Responsibilities
1. Writing articles
2. Check Network Uptime
3. Creating blog posts
4. Setting up sites
5. Adding links
We invest a lot time to try to find the right people because we know this builds an excellent team. We're looking for people with good character. That means you are honest, disciplined, truly dedicated to your work, and loyal.
We are going to invest quite a bit of time and money into training and as such the right candidate must be willing to commit to being with us for minimum a year, and preferably two.
You can expect to go through a two-phase hiring process:
1) A simple test administered.
2) If you do well, a personal meeting with our team leader in Iloilo City.
