Wordpress plugin + Chrome extension developer

I'm looking for an EXPERT developer with knowledge on Wordpress plugin + Chrome extension development.

This is going to be full-time project, but for the beginning I want to test your skills, so here is the first task (paid):

I want you to create a Wordpress plugin, that let the user to enter URL, then the user could click on element on this URL and see their full CSS selector.

I don't mind how do you want to do this, but the functionality should let the user to enter a URL, choose elements from this URL, and display the element CSS path on the screen.

If you think you are qualify, send me your plan, and after I'll give you an ok you should send me the plugin within 24 hours.
If it works I will pay you 25$, and maybe hire you for the full project.
