Facebook Ads Expert Required

I run a digital agency and I have some experience with Facebook ads, but I want to hire an EXPERT who can help me build and run successful campaigns.

Applicants MUST have extensive experience with Facebook ads, and be able to show evidence of successful campaigns.

You must also have an in-depth knowledge of the following;
lead ads
remarketing/retargeting
highly skilled at audience building especially using interests
creating ads with a high conversion rate

Experience with other ad types, especially Youtube ads and gmail ads is also beneficial but not essential. Facebook advertising is the main skillset we require.
