JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to join our team! You: must be a proactive, creative, dynamic, social media savvy content creator ready to take the Financially Intentional and the Nurses on FIRE podcast social pages, social community and website to the next level.

Instagram accounts: ---------- and ----------

You will be responsible for creating social media copy and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, creating show notes for episodes, and creating content for the Facebook community.

Responsibilities:
Curating content for the Financially Intentional et al (brand, podcast, group coaching program) that can be repurposed across multiple platforms.
Create promotion graphics for all episodes of Nurses on FIRE podcast
Create social media posts to promote and re-promote episodes of Nurses on FIRE
Re-listen to older episodes and create new evergreen content and helpful lists for the audience to find relevant episodes
Curate relevant business and entrepreneurship content on Nurses on FIRE Facebook page, in Nurses on FIRE Facebook Group, and on Nurses on FIRE Twitter pages and load all content into publishing systems
Respond to inquiries and comments on Facebook pages and in the Facebook community
Maintaining tracking documents, including social media editorial calendar
Come up with compelling new ways to expand the Nurses on FIRE brand audience via our social channels and website

Qualifications:
Previous experience in social media and content marketing or other related fields
Demonstrated experience creating content on the following social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
Exceptional writing experience (Must have writing clips)
Strong familiarity and experience with social media and blog scheduling tools (E.g. Later, Tailwind) in previous roles or projects
Proactive and excellent at anticipating news and creating content without being prompted
Strong communication skills
Photography and graphic design skills are a plus!
Some knowledge of Personal Finance terms
Ability to preserve my voice (tone, style, and language)

Schedule:
This is a remote, freelance position
40 hours per month (10 hours per week)
