This position is for immediate hire!
The purpose of this job is to find QUALITY "COMPARABLES!"

- The ideal candidate is someone who loves to keep things organized, is super tech savvy and thrives working independently.
- We are looking for quick learners. We will train you but you will have to be ready to start soon!
- Must be ambitious and hungry to make sales, hit bonuses, and create quality leads!
- Must be a team player, coachable, and willing to learn everyday!
- You must be organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication!
- Looking for individuals who take initiative and always give productive feedback on current processes for enhancement in company growth and success.

Requirements:
- Able to follow a process and a schedule
- Strong written is required.
- You must be detail oriented and self motivated.
- Experience is a plus but being a hardworking and RELIABLE/TRUSTWORTHY employee is preferred.

Job Duties (Include but not limited to):
- Recording data
- Analyzing data
- Using different CRM’s
- Updating leads in CRM
- Having a daily Skype call to go over your work
- Conducting market research
- Lead generation
- Data entry into Google Sheets & Excel
- Managing my inbox

Full Time Pay
- Up to $1000/Month - 8 hours per Day
- $100.00 per closed transaction

We want to promote the person in this position in 3 months to Sr. Operating Associate (includes a raise in salary).
