JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced real estate investor looking to hire his first VA. I am new to cold calling, appointment setting, and skip tracing and looking for someone who has experience and can lead the way.

Requirements:
- experience cold calling and comfortable on the phone
- experience skip tracing
- English fluency with little accent
- Google Docs, MS Office
- experience with Property Radar, Mojo Dialer, Zapier, Podio, CallRail, or other tools that we should be using. Suggest some that you have used in the past and would be of good use.

Job Description:
- I will provide you with lists of people who own apartment buildings that are local to me in California. Or you tell me where to go find seller leads like Probate, Foreclosure, etc. I want someone who is experienced and can open new doors for business.
- You will skip trace these lists and cold call them, email them, locate them online. Anything to find them.
- The goal of the call is to find out more information about the property and find out if they're willing to sell. Then make an appointment for me to go visit the property and meet the owner
- Perhaps the job will modify over time. We could start doing other marketing like direct mail, ring-less voicemail. Suggest things you've done for other clients that have worked.

You will be compensated generously:
- $4-10/hour depending on experience, with yearly raises
- 10-20 hours/week to start. This could grow over time
