We are a fast growing Transport Company currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team. We are Tech-backed Logistics Company based in Auckland New Zealand.
Our company is focused on providing outstanding service for our clients. This is a full time and a variety filled role so the ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, fast learning ability and be task oriented.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Invoicing
- Rating
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Order Processing & Database Updating
- Administration & Operations
- General day-to-day Running of the Company

To be successful in this role you will need to have developed skills and knowledge:

- An absolute commitment to customer service and follow-up
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to implement own systems, good organisational and time-management abilities
- Enjoying working at wide variety of tasks, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excel spreadsheet experience
- Follow instructions independently
- Honest & Proactive - go an extra mile
- Be able to Prioritize
