Marketing VA

As a highly successful digital agency based in Sydney, Australia, which has grown massively over the past 2 years, we are expanding our team to support the next phase of our journey. We are looking for a dedicated individual to come on board to support our Sales & Marketing team.

The role is a marketing support professional with an eagerness to learn digital marketing and the desire to acquire further knowledge. As a Marketing Assistant, it is expected that you have exceptional attention to detail and provide additional insights where necessary. You will be an integral part of our journey as we look for more opportunities to ---------- itially, this role will be 20 hours (6 AM-10 AM) per week with the possibility of a full-time position in the future.

KPI’s
• Generating leads via outreach in LinkedIn and email (no cold-calling)
• Generate over 100 new quality and relevant connections per day via LinkedIn
• Manage Ad-hoc social media posting
• Daily reporting updates and monitoring
• Reporting to Data Performance Lead on the current performance of accounts
• Updating relevant documents in line with opportunities that exist
• Assisting with other marketing support assignments
• Coordinating with direct management on supplementary administrative duties
• Other duties as specified from time to time within the capabilities of the incumbent

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline – Marketing (preferable)

Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Doc, Sheets, Meet)
• Familiarity with online marketing best practices would be highly desirable
• Savvy with networking sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Must-Have:
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communications
• General knowledge and understanding of the digital space
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and self manage tasks
