Virtual Assistant needed for a Canadian company.

A Canadian eCommerce company is looking for a bright motivated VA. We are looking for help with product research, import-export logistics, handling admin details and communication. Some help with web work (site building and maintenance, list building, marketing) will be required.
Excellent communication skills are required as well as ability to solve problems and keep customers/suppliers happy. We offer ongoing support and training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for internet based product and marketing research; information gathering; customer service; import-export logistics; communication with suppliers and customers.

Must have:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Excellent research skills, both online and offline
* Ability to work independently within deadlines
* Quick learner
* Ability to solve problems
* Customer support/communication skills
* Some experience with import-export, shipping logistics and communications
* Experience with MS-Office based products (email, word, excel)

Nice to have:
* Ability to speak/read/write Mandarin or Cantonese
* Some experience maintaining/designing websites using WordPress
* Some internet marketing (social media, classifieds, adwords, ppc/ppv etc)
