Google Adwords & Google Adsense Expert

We need someone to take over managing our Google Adwords and Google Adsense campaigns. Currently, all are up and running. We plan to expand our existing campaigns to grow our market share. The resource should be able to justify ROI (return on investment) for each of our spend via Google Adwords and Google Adsense.

A strong track record for managing other campaigns is a must. We should also be able to ask for references as needed to ensure that you can produce our desired results.
