Video Editing for YouTube Channel

I need a motivated and experienced video editor for my YouTube channel on psychology and dating for men. Your English needs to be proficient with at least three years of expert experience with Adobe Premiere Pro. The work will include minimum 3 videos per week (15-20 hours).
