This is great opportunity to work in growing company of appliance repair services.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls, answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments and various administrative duties to support all staff. The position responsibilities and requirements are summarized below.
This is NOT sales position!
You will not be required to sell or convince the prospects to do business with us just you’ll simply be a friendly voice that will answer on phone calls ask them a series of questions and schedule visits for our technicians.
REQUIREMENTS - There are a few MUST haves for us
• Friendly - you must come across as warm and friendly so that the customer can feel comfortable providing us with the necessary information about theirs home appliances.
• Receive all incoming phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Answer customer inquiries including pricing (regarding both labour and service calls) and schedule customer appointments.
• Team player - you’ll be a very important part of our company and so you’ll need to work with the various other team players.
• Highly organized - you’ll be working inside of our CRM and managing the leads and scheduling calls to follow up with them, so it’s important that you be organized.
• Flexible - being a team player means that you’ll pitch in as needed with other task that the team will need help with.
• High Speed Internet Connection - goes without saying that you should have a fast internet connection.
• Excellent Verbal and Written English, attention to details. You have to have absolute accuracy on collecting information you will prepare. This means structure, proper use of nouns and adjectives, etc.
• Pleasing personality - You'll be interacting with clients, customers, and various business partners. So having a pleasing personality is a MUST. That means you're outgoing and positive when on the phone with
This is FULL TIME 8:00 am-6:00PM (MON TO SATURDAY) EASTERN STANDARD TIME position, PLUS HIGH bonuses.
Pay is $
You’ll have an opportunity to earn bonuses for every booked client
which is $3 bonus per each new client scheduled and completed job.
All payments including bonuses would be done via PayPal/Bank Deposit bi-weekly.

Diagnosis service call is $80 and we would be able to tell you exact issue and estimated repair price.
If you agree for estimated repair price then diagnosis service call is going to be free of charge. We don’t charge it on top of the repair price.
Diagnosis service call is only charged in case if you decide that your appliance does not worth to fix."
