We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to help us with our growing list of tasks and responsibilities. Ideally, this person should have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role at other companies.

Responsibilities Overview:
-Responsible for employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding to IT managed systems.
-Configure various security and operational alerts in Google Suite Enterprise and other IT tools.
-Audit access to all IT systems to ensure a proper access baseline is set. Continue periodic user access reviews after the baseline is set
-Ensure GDrive is configured with the appropriate permissions.

-Sophos Endpoint or similar

-Team-oriented, self-starter, able to operate with minimal supervision.
-Organized with strong time management skills.
-Ability to manage projects and tasks simultaneously.
-Motivated and enjoys learning; curious by nature

Required Qualifications
2-3+ years with similar experience
