Cold Caller and Lead Generator

We are a Real Estate company in need of a part time Virtual Assistant, with the opportunity to become full time. We are looking for an individual with great communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with our prospective leads. Most of the work entails calling these prospective leads and following a script in order to gain the information we need. The individual must be able to adapt to new scripts and have the ability to learn new software. We would prefer to hire individuals with experience in lead generation, but this is not a requirement for the position. Those who have experience in this area will be highly considered for the position and will have the task of cold calling leads and lead generator, if hired.
