Looking for a personal assistant.

We are a fast growing video marketing company that needs a personal assistant to keep myself the founder (YOUR NAME HERE) on track and moving forward on all projects at once!

Here’s what I’ll need:

– Organizing, writing and sending emails

– Research (competition and keywords and other things that come up)

– Data entry

- Handling and responding to messages on email and Skype

- Scheduling meetings with clients

– Help with social media channels

– Communication between my project manager and myself

– IMPORTANT: Keep me focused on the weekly targets I want to hit and on client targets

You’ll have to be open to doing LOTS of things inside of this role and also spontaneous projects that come up too.

Above all with this, I need someone who is on point and can keep me moving forward in all areas at once while making sure progress is being made, and just being SHARP and not missing anything.

You will need to answer some emails, respond to clients and vendors (graphic designers, copywriters, etc).

Training will be provided as you go.

We will also have a training page ready for you to review upon applying that will be built on. We are very good at providing the feedback you will need to grow in this career.

Ample opportunity to learn new things will be provided for you every week.

You must always communicate the state of your current situation… if unable to work, say why, when and how they will compensate for any missed time and never have to be chased down.

Open and proactive communication is an absolute must.

This is one thing we will not teach, you must have it already.
