Communication - We are looking for someone that can communicate in a fun and energetic way as well as clearly, especially when supporting technical issues.
Problem Solving - We offer a bank of knowledge and support but we are looking for someone that can solve problems using other resources such as our apps, googling, and asking many questions.
DU Fam - The whole family can use our products but our customers are often parents and grandparents purchasing our products for their kids. Our support needs to be catered to varying technical abilities.
The Squad - Our office is located in New York where we conduct our in-house programming and marketing. Our Customer Support Reps work remotely and include some amazing DU Squad veterans that are always happy to support one another.
Schedule - We are currently in the US and UK markets and need to support these customers when they need us including nights and weekends. We are also working towards offering 24/7 support.
Volume - Our busiest time is around the holidays increasing before Black Friday until well beyond Christmas. We are looking for someone that can commit to supporting during this time; potentially additional hours than normal.
