We are a Hispanic Advertising Agency in the USA Looking for a professional experience individual, who can assist our team, organizing our data and to keep our accounting books in order
Duties:
Be an expert in Quickbooks
Create reports in QuickBooks
Expert in excel to create proposals for our clients ( we will train you)
Send invoices and POs
Keep our books in order
Speak perfect English
Send paperwork to our accountant
Handle payroll
Handle
Call clients for payments
Call Vendors to inquire rates/prices
Prepare payments for vendors
Make cold calls to help our team to offer our service
Manage our appointment calendar
Do research on products for our marketing team
Be open to doing other tasks assisting our management team
