Lead Intake Manager, Lead Qualifier, Property Researcher

Qualify inbound leads for a real estate company.
Ability to follow directions and complete the basic due diligence checklist provided.
Must be organized and communicate effectively.
Must have a basic proficiency with a computer (take screenshots, attach to emails, etc.)
Must be able to access USA websites and/or have a VPN.
Proficient researcher to find comparable sales for properties provided on websites such as (1) landsofamerica.com (2) realtor.com (3) zillow.com.
Note: a "how-to" video is provided for the virtual assistant to follow the directions and checklist.

The objective is to start off qualifying leads and we'd like to eventually hire a full-time Lead Intake Manager. Thank you!
