Export Supervisor

• Responsible in building good volume and profitable export console box and studying additional prospect destination for consolidation.
• Responsible for managing department budgets and may also be involved in setting targets in association with other senior managers.
• Responsible for all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims. Customer care is a vital part of this role and so good interpersonal skills are very important.
• Responsible in preparing reports on the performance of her department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company's profit margins, as well as work closely with other senior department heads for the benefit of the company.
• Responsible in maintaining the records for accounting purposes in accordance with the company procedures, including checking of all invoices, overseas agents debit note/credit note, shipping line billing and others alike.
• Responsible in negotiation with carriers and warehouse operators in case there were issues arising on the cargo.
• Responsible in monitoring accounts receivable.
• Responsible in releasing EBL.
• Responsible in completing and closing of all jobs on specified time under internal control procedure.
• Responsible in getting client for consolidation services. (2 clients per month)
• Responsible for recruitment and training of staff.
• Day-to-day work arrangement and assignment of the department

• Check and review of all job’s relevant documents

• Ability to develop and expand the market
