Customer Service Support For Amazon Seller

We are seeking multiple customer service person to help us in our Amazon company.

We have been in the business for more than 3 years. Looking for a long term person to join our team of many VA's.
Seeking an experienced customer service person who can do the following tasks, EXPERIENCE is a must.

- Answer customer's messages via Amazon message system, find solutions quickly and resolve issues.
- You must be able to speak and write well in English as you would be speaking directly to customers.
- You can be a quick thinker to find solutions to resolve any issues.
- You will work on returns issues, contacting vendors for returns, scheduling returns, and so on.
- You will need to speak to various companies to schedule delivery/return pick up, and so on.

This is a full-time position.
We start everyone on new on the team at $2/hour, work 40+ hours a week, welcome to work overtime as we have plenty of work.
You will be on 1-month probation trial to see if we can work together and you can do the tasks that are given to you.
You must be able to work a grave-yard shift as that is required to work the tasks of customer service.

We can definitely negotiate for a higher salary and that depends on your experience and your work ethic after 1-month trial has ended.
