Create a visually appealing Power Point Presentation - To be converted into a Webinar upon completion

I have created multiple power point presentations for my business which will be converted into webinars that I can replay for my team and potential clients.

I am looking for a candidate with experience in the following:

1) Graphic Design
2) Microsoft PowerPoint
3) Webinar creation

The ideal candidate for this project will have experience creating a visually appealing presentation in which I can record over and convert into a webinar. Experience in Content Creation is NOT necessary. The content is all provided for.

Experience in real estate is a MAJOR ++++++

Sample webinars will be provided and must be reviewed prior to beginning the project.
