JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media Lead Generation Administrator role focuses on executing our lead generation process.

We have a well-defined lead generation process for identifying ideal prospects, getting them to follow us, and engaging them via DMs to schedule a phone call with our CEO to enroll them as clients in the coaching services.

The current process is specific to Instagram.
Leads are tracked in our sales CRM, PipeDrive.

A successful Lead Generation Administrator will excel at:
- identifying ideal prospects by following hashtags and targeted accounts on Instagram, and reviewing prospect IG profiles.
- liking, commenting, and following ideal prospects up to specified limits.
- reviewing prospect profiles and entering prospect information in the PipeDrive CRM.
- quickly and appropriately updating prospect status, activities, and funnel stage in PipeDrive CRM.
- taking specific actions on Instagram for prospects in particular funnel stages (adding new followers to Welcome Stories, started DM conversations following a specific template, etc.)

The Lead Generation Administrator will also be able to post content to Instagram, including posts, stories, and IGTV videos.
