SEO Expert - Freelance - for mainland China sites

We are looking for a Chinese or Filipino SEO expert who works in Mandarin and English.

This candidate
- Knows the Chinese mainland SEO tactics very well; has extensive experience with the latest on-site and off-site white-head seo strategies and tactics
- Attends at least 1 x per year an SEO conference for Chinese seo tactics & reads 1 hour per day about the latest SEO developments
- Knows the Chinese equivalent of such tools and sites as Link Assistant SEOMoz, Google Webanalytics, Microsoft Adcenter and many, many others
- Can demonstrate top 3 Baidu ranking for several clients with competitive keywords
- Builds HTML and Wordpress sites from scatch, without templates

The work on locally hosted site(s) will consist of site building, ranking and maintaining.
