JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Shopify Virtual Assistant is mainly responsible for supporting store business operations by managing product listing and by developing new product lists on Shopify.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Listing - manage existing product listing and develop new product listings on Shopify to attract new/more customers; share ideas on how to improve current product lists
- SEO Specialization - set up website pages optimization
- Manage inventory - monitor stock levels, update the website to reflect the stock on-hand (as applicable)
- Store designing - set up digital store according to target niche (Ideal; not required)
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally, someone with 3-5 years experience in Shopify Product Listing
- All around Shopify knowledge and experience is nice to have
- Excellent English communication skills
- Committed, responsible, and has great attention to details
