Would you be willing and able to take an online continuing education course on my behalf--up to 45 hours--and successfully complete the exam? It is for my Florida Real Estate Agent Post-Licensing requirements and is 100% online.

Here is the outline and requirements:
- learn the interactive course content material
- take at least one practice exam
- successfully complete the 3-hour final course exam within 7 calendar days

Compensation:
- PHP 6000
- first PHP 2000 paid after the first 20 hours of recorded working time tracked by ---------- (which tracks random screenshots and keyboard/mouse activity)
- final PHP 4000 paid after confirmation of successful completion of the final exam

Flexibility:
- Learn the course material on your own schedule, but again, successful final exam must be completed within 7 calendar days
- If you are able to complete the final course exam with less than 45 hours of study time, that is fine. However, note that you only have 2 attempts to successfully complete the final exam, so please do not attempt the final exam until you complete at least one practice exam successfully and you actually confident that you can pass.

My recommendations for completing the course successfully:
- BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
- First, review the practice quizzes and practice exams and pre-exam review material to get an idea of what will most likely be on the final exam. 2 to 3 hours.
- Second, go through the course material keeping in mind what you found in the review material. 20 to 30 hours.
- Third, do the practice quizzes and practice exams and review the pre-exam notes again. 2 to 3 hours
- Fourth, successfully complete the final exam. Up to 3 ---------- is mostly memorization questions and since the exam is 100% online, it can technically be "open book", however, keep in mind you only have 30 hours to complete it.
