Video graphic designer

I’m looking for someone who can create videos that are extremely visually appealing. The videos are built around property types for the real estate industry (Ex: Condos, luxury homes, waterfront homes) and feature a picture and contact information of a real estate agent at the end as the specialist. A voiceover is added after. The video editor I have now creates videos that are very average, I’m looking for someone who is creative. Below is a couple examples of what my current editor has done. I’d like to know if you think you can do better quality videos. The videos are about 2 minutes long and will be uploaded to YouTube and Seo done on them to get them on Google.
I also need to know how many hours it would take you to create the videos. I have many clients and most of the videos will be very similar because the clients sell the same types of homes but live in different cities.
