We are looking for experienced individuals to work full-time along side our customer support team. Please read the follow requirement before submitting an application. Our team is growing very quickly and there are plenty of opportunities to grow with the company as well.
1. Must have 2+ years of experience working with Shopify and answering support tickets
2. Must have experience working with a subscription model (preferably having worked with Recharge)
3. Willing to work at least 40 hours a week
4. Ideally have experience working with Gorgias (our support platform) it is not required but will be another learning curve.
5. Have to have great analytical skills and must be a very quick learner
