Senior Architectural Coordinator In Philippines

JOB OVERVIEW
We are an established, U.S. firm looking to add a full-time Architectural Coordinator with proven management experience and an excellent grasp of English to our team who would be working from home. You will need to gain a firm grasp of our extensive company CAD standards, be able to coordinate and prioritize projects, review projects in detail to ensure compliance to company standards, formulate complex explanatory client emails explaining technical details and answering questions. You will manage workflow and staff members.

Job Skills:
- You must speak, read and write English articulately and fluently.
- You must possess expert knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
- High level of experience using Photoshop CC
- Experience reading as-built drawings
- You must be highly organized and able to manage teams
- You must be reliable and be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Requirements:
- You must be able to work full-time from home Monday-Friday from 11pm-8am local Philippines time. We will not accept any applications for freelance arrangements, part-time or weekend/flexible hours work.

- You must have all computer hardware and equipment as well as all software.
- You must be willing to work with computer activity monitoring application during work hours
