The Program Coordinator role is a ground opportunity to help build a new division of an existing successful business. You will become an authority in the product and service offers, and assist with the day to day operations in our Manila office.
The candidate will work closely with the division Vice President who is located in the USA and assist where needed from the Philippines. This is a highly visible position with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer support requests from start to closure
* Become an authority on the product and service
* Assist in configuring the technology solution
* Become the go-to person for internal inquiries
* Coordinate internal and external projects
* Be the eyes and ears for the division VP
* Work with internal and external stakeholders and keep track of all projects and initiatives
* Assist VP with other projects as needed
Desirable but not required:
* Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing
* Digital marketing
* User journeys and funnels
* Analytics
