Social Media Specialist/Content Marketer

We are a fast-growing start-up in Boston that is looking for a social media specialist to manage the social media accounts for the largest real estate company in Boston, along with their subsidiary companies. There are 5 companies that will need to be managed across Instagram, Facebook and ---------- , so, there are a total of 15 accounts that need managing across the 5 companies. This position should be around 30 hours per week but can be scaled up to 40 hours full time.

Position Description:
• Looking for an individual that is a specialist in social media marketing and strategy.
• The position will require some skills in content creation
• Content sourcing (finding articles, blogs, photos, videos, etc)
• Posting across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn - while knowing which types of content are best for each platform
• Content scheduling and managing (sprout social, buffer, etc.)
• Content calendar creation (Google Sheets, Excel, Etc.)
• Ability to communicate well with other teammates to accomplish tasks
• Ability to delegate work to team members with certain skills sets
• Minor understanding of Facebook ads
• Needs to possess great organizational skills
• Experience in project management
