Book Inlet & Cover Designer for Low Content Publishing Company specialized in KDP

Hello everyone,

we are a very young Germany based, Low-Content publishing company and we are uprising star on the online book market, started about 2 years ago and sold thousands of low-content and no-content books worldwide.
As our family business is increasing, we are seeking for 1-2 new employees to join our young and creative team.

WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- Full Time KDP Inlet and Cover Designer (40 hours / week) for a long business relationship
- You create your own inlets and covers from sketch without taking trademarked elements of others or infringe copyright laws
- Mastering Adobe InDesign & Illustrator or other related software like Affinity Publisher & Designer
- Google Drive (for the workspace)
- You can take over responsibility
- Good English Communication skills
- You can create English & German Inlets and Covers from clear instructions (you should be able to deal with German umlauts (ü/a/ö/ß))

WHAT WE ARE HOPING FOR:
- Best would be if you already have experience in low content KDP Inlet and Cover creation as well as research process to find promising niches and supply them with what they need.
- Please let us know in your application if you have experience in research of promising low-content niches without very strong competition.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
(Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary
can go from $300 to $600 depending on the quality of work
- Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)

- Easy communication via Gmail, Skype, FB Messenger, Google Drive and Spreadsheets
