Self Motivated Telemarketer

This job posting is looking for ONE confident SELF MOTIVATED worker. This job provides excellent flexibility and great pay.
The first month will be paid at a preliminary pay of $2.50 per hour. Once you are hired on the pay will bump IMMEDIATELY to $3 per hour. At the 6month mark, you will be upgraded to $3.25. Then at your year mark, you will be bumped to $4 per hour. This job pays additional bonuses per app sold. The average agent on our team averages 1-3 sales per week depending. This job is looking to hire for the long ---------- will be very stable and can be an opportunity for elite hardworking people. This job gives you vacation flexibility, family illness. If you have to stop for some reason, we are very professional and understanding. With that flexibility comes the expectation of hardworking excellence. The ability to speak English without an accent will be critical in your success. You will be calling older people who pick up on accent easily.

This campaign is a Medicare Based Campaign. So you will have to be able to deal with rejection over and over. The ability to move on is very very ---------- 's a numbers game in this industry. Just keep going :)
