This position entails answering phone with no background noise from customers at anytime during your shift. Answering live chat when prompted by Zendesk (CRM) and responding to messages and investigating issues using tools given to come up with a solution/answer for each customer within a fast and reasonable time. Altogether this position is rewarding as we help customers find medical supplies they need.
