Social Media Specialist

Our company is into the food niche and we sell baking and cooking products. We are looking for a talented social media specialist who can manage and create content for our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content that aligns with our business goals, managing posts, and responding to our community members.

As a social media specialist, we expect that you are updated with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. You must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and must be comfortable in working with technology and the internet.

Responsibilities
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. ad copies, photos, and videos)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Respond and collaborate with followers in a timely manner and with professionalism
Suggest and implement campaigns to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and contests.
Be updated with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements
With experience managing social media accounts.
Has a deep understanding of methods used to increase web traffic and engagement
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) with the use of Canva, Glorify and video editing tools such as Wix.
Experience with social media scheduling software such as Buffer
Knowledge of online marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter.)
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Must be a fast learner, willing to explore new software, and willing to be up-trained.
Optional: Must have knowledge in Amazon selling or other eCommerce platforms.
