Social Media Manager/Virtual Assistant

Hello,

I started a baby hair care business about 2 years ago and am now needing some help! I would like to hire a long-term SMM/VA to do multiple tasks for 20-25 hours/week at first, but could be 40 hours/week if things go well. The job would include (but aren't limited to):
1. Graphic Design (for social media posts and infographics)
2. Write and manage social posts (for IG, Facebook, Pinterest) - we use later.com
3. Social media engagement (On IG - would spend most of time on this)
4. Manage inventory (where do we have inventory, when do we need to order, etc)
5. Manage books (I just use excel to keep track of where I am spending, but open to other programs)
8. ..And other stuff if things go well :)

I am in need of someone that can really help organize my business. It's not something I am great and would like someone who can take direction and work independently. Is that something that sounds interesting to you? I would LOVE to hear from you!
