Project Coordinator / VA to Owner of Digital Marketing Agency

Are you experienced with the process for planning and building websites? Do you have experience with WordPress Websites? Do you have excellent English written and verbal communication skills? Are you very organized and detail oriented?
We are a growing US based Digital marketing agency with a Filipino team building and maintaining WordPress websites. We also provide SEO, PPC and social media marketing services.
We need a VA to coordinate between clients and our team to make sure work is scheduled and planned to meet deadlines. You do not need to be an expert websites or digital marketing, but it is a plus if you understand what work our team can ---------- addition, you will do the final QA to make sure all work we do is of the highest quality.
What you will be doing:
• Take in client requests
• Prepare and Schedule Work
• QA check on work completed
• Report completion to clients
• Research and planning
• Client reports
• Client communications and with our internal team
• VA support to the owner
Experience
• Website planning / building
• WordPress
• Social media marketing
• Basecamp

Required Office Equipment:
- Computer
- Webcam & Speakers
- High-speed Internet Connection

Position Type: Full time, 40 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible Must be available to meet with owner 8AM-11AM US PT M-F.
