Paypal Accounts and Facebook Ad Account

I need someone who can setup one Facebook advertising account and also get access to multiple PayPal accounts. This job is for someone who has experience setting up a facebook advertising account and adding paypal as a payment method. Please let me know your experience when applying for this job.
