My Biz Niche is looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales, primarily through cold calling to generate leads, but also through prompt responses to requests in a fast-paced environment. A successful Telemarketer must be persuasive and maintain an upbeat and friendly tone while remaining cool-tempered even with the more difficult calls. Having the ability to decipher a customer's requirements and needs quickly is imperative, followed by providing efficient solutions that meet those needs is a key skill that we are looking for. The overall goal of this position is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. Specifically, this position will include:

Responsibilities:
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to generate leads
- Use scripts to provide information about services, benefits of those services, company capabilities, and pricing
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients requirements and needs
- Problem solve and create strategic solutions that would meet the immediate needs of the caller/client
- Persuade the customer by explaining/demonstrating how the presented strategy and services would benefit them and their business
- Accurately record the customers personal information in the system and keep track of calls and sales records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a telemarketer/cold caller or similar experience in sales/customer service
- Available 40 hours per week from Monday to ---------- n work 8 hours per day between 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day.
- Proficient in English (neutral/subtle accent) with proper enunciation
- Should be hardworking, dedicated, very responsive, and results oriented
- Skilled in negotiating and dealing with complaints, patient, and able to handle client rejection
- Positive attitude and friendly mood
- Good Internet speed for Internet calls
- Quiet environment to work in
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
