If so, We need YOU!
I’m the CEO of a design and marketing agency and we need
three new team members to join our team part-time (with room to grow into full-time).
We are looking to hire virtual assistants who specialize in administration, branding & web design, and/or marketing.
ADMIN DUTIES
•Ongoing
or “for” me.
• Onboard new clients (i.e. send them welcome
phone/skype calls as necessary)
Generate new lead appointments using templates provided
• Create blog post graphics using my branded templates
• Reply to new member
• Handle customer inquiries
• Lookup receipts/resend receipts to customers
• Transcribe all audio content
• Monitoring and manage
• Format blog posts in Squarespace/ Wordpress format blog posts (Add titles and subtitles, photos, bullet points, links, etc)
BRANDING & WEB DESIGN DUTIES
Set up landing/opt-in pages and integrate with my
• Setup “thank you” pages for opt-in pages using pre-designed templates in
WordPress
Create logo designs and branding packages for new clients
Design new web sites on Shopify, Squarespace, Wordpress
MARKETING DUTIES
Schedule social media content
Create new lists and sign-up forms in
Create
Setup
written text and images (format, add images, etc)
• Pull out quotes/highlights from existing podcasts/blog posts/existing content
and turn into text-based and visual social media updates
• Create social media graphics and my branded templates from quotes/highlights
Manage social media profiles engagement and content
SKILLS
The above is not an exhaustive list but it should give you an idea of the kind of work
I’m looking for. All of the above tasks are completely “teachable” so if there’s something
on the list you don’t have experience doing, don’t worry as we're willing to train
you.
I do require, however, that you have the following skills:

• Excellent Time Management (can finish tasks promptly)
• Social Media Management Skills
• Familiar with Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Mailchimp
• Lead Generation Skills
• Customer Support Skills
• Detail-oriented
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize
• Follows instructions well
• Honest
• Takes initiative, handles feedback well, and generally takes pride in their work
WORKING HOURS
I am in the CST (GMT -6) timezone. Availability during my timezone is a plus but definitely
not required. All of the duties I require, for the most part, can be performed at
any time. I just ask that you provide a me with a simple, daily
performed when you finish so that I can review during my own working
You tell me! :-) I am US based and will be paying for up to 20 hours of work per week,
so please respond with the hourly rate you require. All payments will be made via PayPal.
