You will be responsible for social media growth, content creation, customer interaction as well as email marketing. You will also be expected to handle some customer service questions via our live chat platform and support email account. Skills needed include but are not limited to: Good English skills, email autoresponders, social media, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic design tools. You will need to work well and be able to communicate with other team members inside of Slack channels regarding projects that we are working on.
Bonus skills (pay raise available for these): Video editing skills, Knowledge of Vyond or articulate, article creation for blog post.
