Revit MEP Designer (Pasay)

We are looking for MEP Revit Designers to work for our Australia-based client offering the full suite of Building Services incorporating Mechanical, Electrical, Communication, Transportation Services, and Energy Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Produce drawing designs, details, and diagrammatics using AutoCAD software.
> Clean out AutoCAD architectural drawings for designer mark-ups.
> Print and issue CAD and Revit drawings to designer’s requirements.
> Produce quality Revit 3D models from designers' 2D markups.
> Produce coordinated 3D models using Autodesk Revit software.
> Produce quality 2D documentation from Revit 3D models.
> Maintain CAD and Revit Systems and Standards.
> Accurately maintain transmittals and records of all drawings.
> Liaise with clients if required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> At least 1 year of experience using Autodesk Revit MEP
> 2-3 years of experience using AutoCAD Software
> Preferably with experience working for a Building Services Engineering company, especially in Hydraulics
> Good English communication skills, both oral and written
> Skilled in using MS Office applications
> Organized and can manage time well
> Ability to take a leadership role when necessary
> Detail-oriented
> Finished a degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
> Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
