Virtual Assistant Wanted!

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant. Part Time position, 20 hours weekly (during normal business hours PST Monday to Friday). Might include Upgrade to see actual info does have the potential for full time (40 hours a week). The position has significant career growth potential as the company is expanding. The work will be completed remotely from the comfort of your home. You must have a reliable internet connection, electricity back up, and Skype/Hangouts to communicate.

What are the responsibilities?
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks while assisting office manager in daily office tasks.
- Provide information regarding our programs to prospective customers via email and phone.
- Manage the company database (member signups, enrollments, etc.).
- Perform research tasks/post advertising online/content writing.
- Other duties as assigned.

What type of candidate are we looking for?
- Minimum of two years' experience in office management with the ease and willingness to wear many hats.
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Good email and phone etiquette.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-suite.
- Smart: You can anticipate needs and execute independently.

Starting rate is $3 per hour.
