About Us

We are a 15-year-old small business that specializes in holiday gift items. We are a small team but produce unbelievable results. We currently sell on various platforms and have experienced tremendous growth. We run digital marketing, paid advertising, and various other initiatives to drive growth. We are based on the east coast of the United States, and are in the process of expanding to Europe.

What we are looking for

As an E-commerce VA, you will be responsible for providing support for our Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, etc. platforms. You will perform various tasks such as monitoring of product reviews, updating of listings, managing our social media presence, monitoring of emails and inventory. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal.

This is a job for someone who excels at implementing & managing business growth projects, doesn't need a lot of hand-holding, and is comfortable asking for help or additional training when needed.

Many of us here wear many “hats”. We expect you to be the same. We are hoping to find a person that excels at this job so that I can train them to be a full time, well paid Team Leader, who can ultimately coordinate, train and support other VAs that either we hire or you help us hire. ** We will hire a candidate on a 2-4 week PAID probationary period moving to part or full time depending on performance. We want to make sure we have a great working relationship and you are able to meet the demand of the Ecommerce business. We are open and will help you along the way **

Skills and Qualifications Needed

• Customer service - Experience with customer support (email, messaging, chat)

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns is a bonus

• Advanced computer skills (Familiarity with project management tools, excel, marketing tools, Web CMS systems, basic HTML/CSS, SEO)

• In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Etsy, etc.) and best practices. Experience with Helium 10 a big plus

• Familiarity with various marketing channels include SEO, social media, email, CRO, funnels, paid acquisition, and partnerships.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Image cropping, resizing)

• Fast and reliable internet connection
